Synergy Bootcamp is a dynamic workout experience that will challenge you, give you fantastic results, and help you meet new people! Whether you're a fitness beginner or an advanced gym rat, we have boot camps to fit all experience levels.
Our goal at Bootcamp is to give each participant a workout that is fit for his or her fitness level. We also want to teach our bootcampers that there are a variety of workouts that can be done outside of the gym with little or now cost. This gives them the tools to maintain their own fitness on their own.
Our Bootcamps are designed to be fun and challenging to each participant. We have various formats for our bootcamps.
