Small Group Training is a dynamic workout experience that will challenge you, give you fantastic results, and help you meet new people! Whether you're a fitness beginner or an advanced gym rat, we have small group sessions to fit all experience levels.
Our goal at M2B is to give each participant a workout that is fit for his or her fitness level.
Our Small Groups are designed to be fun and challenging to each participant. We have various formats for our small group training.
